# Didn’t Receive Your License Email? Here’s What to Do

Our system automatically sends your license key, download link, receipt, and setup instructions within seconds of completing your purchase. If you haven’t received it, don’t worry — here’s how to resolve it quickly.

### ✅ Step 1: Check All Email Folders

The email is sent within minutes with the subject:  
**“The Software Kings”**

Please check:

-   **Spam or Junk** folder
    
-   **Promotions** tab (especially if using Gmail)
    
-   **Trash** or **Archived** messages
    

Try searching for:

-   “The Software Kings”
    
-   “License key”
    
-   The name of the product you purchased

### ✅ Step 2: Make Sure Your Email Was Entered Correctly

If you made a typo at checkout, we can help.

📦 Check your bank or payment confirmation for the exact date and product purchased. Then contact us and we’ll manually locate and resend your license.
