This message simply means that Microsoft’s activation server didn’t accept the key — often due to the way the system verifies keys, or how the device was recently configured.

To resolve this:

Include your order number in the message
We’ll review it and send you a new activation key right away, usually within the hour.
💡 Tip:
If you haven’t done it already, it can also help to restart your PC after entering the key. But if the error remains, don’t troubleshoot any further — we’ll handle it.
