Fix for Error Code 0x803FA067:
Disconnect from the internet
Temporarily turn off Wi-Fi or unplug your cable.
Manually enter your product key
Go to:
Settings > System > Activation > Change product key
Enter the key you received.
Reconnect to the internet
Once the key is accepted, go online again and restart the PC.
Other Activation Fixes:
Already activated on another PC? Retail licenses can be moved — uninstall from the old device first.
Reactivation after hardware change?
Use your Microsoft account to reactivate:
Settings > Activation > Troubleshoot > I changed hardware on this device recently
